About Jed and Richard
Jed graduated from the University of Utah in 1988 with a degree in Sociology and later returned to study Accounting. He worked in the mortgage department of a credit union before becoming Series 7 Licensed to work for Fidelity Investments. He got back into the mortgage industry in 1995 and has helped thousands of people with their mortgages ever since. A published author and developer of financial analysis software for the mortgage industry, Jed's focus has always been to educate his clients and to help them understand their mortgage as it relates to their financial situation. Jed is very good at packaging loans to present them in the best possible light while providing a plan for those who can't qualify to be able to qualify in the not-to-distant future.
Richard also graduated from the University of Utah in 1988 with a degree in Finance. After graduating, he worked in the insurance industry for 15 years running his own insurance investigation company for the last 10 years of his insurance career. In 2003, Jed recruited Richard to the mortgage industry and Richard has been a top producer ever since. Richard is fluent in Spanish and is extremely quick to return phone calls. He is also very diligent in is follow-up with underwriters and other members of the team to make sure the loans are handled in a timely manner.
